AUREX RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Every AUREX piece is created with care and quality checks before shipping.

We currently accept exchanges only in case of:

• Damaged product received
• Wrong item delivered
• Manufacturing defect

To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order details and product images.

Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with packaging and tags.

Size exchanges depend on availability and approval.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
• Products damaged due to use
• Washed or altered products
• Incorrect details provided while ordering

Once your request is approved, our support team will guide you through the next steps.

AUREX reserves the right to reject requests that do not meet the conditions above.
